Launch of the new Cuvee R Lalou premium Champagne, from the house of Mumm Champagne in the Old Violin Factory, Waterloo. We invited sommeliers, celebrity chefs, bar owners and manager to celebrate the birth of this beautiful vintage. Food was created by Alan Roux and Gerard Boyer, two Michelin starred chefs who created a 20 piece tasting menu to accompany the Champagne tasting.

Over 100 people attended the event, in particular senior management from the House of Mumm Champagne who loved the event, particularly the décor and entertainment.
